The Recruitment Process

At Dental Outreach, we take great care in our recruitment process. Our dental group is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and that starts with have a teamed of passionate and dedicated professionals.

The first step in our recruitment process is resume screening. We review every resume we receive, looking for candidates who have the required qualifications and experience for the position. This initial screening allows us to narrow down our list of candidates and select those who we believe would be a good fit for the role.

After this process is complete, one of our friendly team members will speak to the candidate over the phone to get a better sense of their skills, experience, and qualifications. We use this opportunity to ask questions that will help us determine if the candidate has the necessary skills and experience to succeed in the role.

Once we have completed the phone screening, we invite the candidates who meet our criteria for the role to come in for an in-person interview. During the interview, we ask a series of questions that allow us to get to know the candidate better and determine if they are the right fit for our team. We also use this opportunity to assess the candidate’s communication skills, as well as their ability to work well in a team

After the in-person interview, we conduct reference checks to verify the candidate’s work history and to obtain additional information about their work style and personality. This allows us to get a more complete picture of the candidate and to ensure that they have a proven track record of success.

Once we have completed all of these steps, we make our hiring decision. We consider all the information we have gathered during the recruitment process, and we choose the candidate who we believe is the best fit for the role and our team.
